Selling a property
Already using an estate agent?
As we are not an agent, if you sell your home through us you may not have to pay an estate agent commission fee. This depends on the type of contract that you have with the estate agent. There are several types of contract that are commonly used.
Sole Selling rights
The agent is the only one with the right to sell your property. If you find a buyer, for example with the help of NestHaven.co.uk, then you are still bound to pay the agent their commission. You can still advertise with us as it still gives you another avenue with which your house sale may proceed quicker.
Multiple Agency
You can use several agencies to advertise your property and the one that sells your house is the one that receives the commission fee.
Sole Agency
The agency that you have the contract with is the only agency that you can use to advertise your property. However, if you sell your property privately or through a service such as NestHaven, then you should not have to pay the estate agent commission.
